Weight Loss Clinic

I am happy to announce the inaugural meeting of my Weight Loss Clinic.

This clinic will do multiple things for the participants:

1. Build up the body

2. Detoxify the body

3. Shed excess weight

4. Maintain that weight loss

5. 90 Day follow-up visit.

The clinic will last for nine weeks, and we will meet weekly to discuss progress, weigh in, and go through the process step by step. Class size is limited to ten participants. The class will be held in the Atascocita/Humble area, and the initial meeting will be Monday evening, September 27th, at 7:30.   Weekly meetings will be on Saturdays.  Venue is still being negotiated… Watch this space.

    Still on the maintance part of the weight loss program, and still at my acquired weight, and holding. I feel great after losing the excess weight I have been carrying for years. Let me encourage you to take the time to do something toward making your body healthy. I had plenty to eat during the nine week program and had no hunger side-effects whatsoever.

    IT REALLY DOES WORK!!! If you are like me and have tried every diet imaginable, STOP looking and make an appointment with Polly TODAY!! Seriously!! I met with Polly the weekend of July 4, 2010 when she encouraged me to do the Fat Flush Plan (FFP) (a/k/a Liver Cleanse), which I started on July 10, 2010. I could not believe how easy it was. And I was NEVER hungry — no need to be. I started the Weight Loss Clinic (WLC) September 25, 2010. I am HAPPY to say I have lost a total of 31.2 pounds since July 10, 2010. That is a little over 2 pounds per week. Am I excited?? You BET I am!

    Hello Polly,

    This is my 6th day and results have been as follows:

    Start weight on Saturday Morning: 170
    Sunday Morning: 168.8
    Monday Morning: 167.4
    One hour pilates, one hour aerobics felt good in morning but super tired later this day.
    Tuesday Morning: 166.4. I was feeling tired and jumpy, just sort of yucky, hard to explain 45 min walk/jog.
    Wednesday Morning: 166.0. After working out I was tired and jumpy….I did not stick to the diet exactly, sorry. I felt like I could not do this anymore and thought I should just stop. But then I talked myself into calming down.
    Wednesday Night: 165.3. I could not believe it, plus I did walk in the evening.
    Thursday Morning: 162.4. WOW, I was so excited I tried on pants that have not fit in over a year! I still feel tired so I am not going to work out today, I will continue tomorrow.
    I did not measure everyday so today I did.
    Chest 40 to 37
    Waist 34 to 32
    Stomach 35.5 to 32
    Hips 41 to 39
    Thigh 23 to 22
    Calf 14-13 this one was really a surprise.
    Total of 12.5 inches lost.
    My start weight was 176, so 13.6 lbs lost. I am very happy.
