Chocolate Fruit Pizza

Base:                         

1 cup whole almonds

15 whole dates (pits removed)

2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)

1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

Filling:                       

4 oz organic cream cheese

3 oz unsweetened organic Greek yogurt

1/2 tsp orange juice

1/4 tsp orange zest

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Fruit Topping:        

Organic strawberries, kiwi, clementines, berries or any fruit of your choice, sliced or chopped.

Place almonds in food processor and chop until they have a consistency similar to almond flour.  Add dates, melted coconut oil, cocoa powder and vanilla extract and continue to process until the dates have been finely chopped and all ingredients are well combined.

Press the mixture into a spring form pan or tart dish and place in refrigerator for one hour to set.

Mix all filling ingredients together in a bowl. Spread on top of the base then decorate with fruit topping of your choice.

Serve immediately or chill several hours.
