APPOINTMENTS & SESSIONS

ON THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT, we ask that you make every attempt to be on time as we will do the same. Your cooperation will help us provide excellent customer care and is greatly appreciated.

Planning for your visit: Many clients ask what to expect:  Our standard assessment tool used, is Electro-acupuncture According to Voll (EAV), however, other methodologies can be employed as well. Occasionally, we may suggest blood work and can order that in-house from Quest Labs.  Be assured, only items that we think are truly important to your individual health needs will be suggested. Our supplements can be purchased and picked up here in the clinic.  While this office does not work with insurance companies, the good news is if your insurance covers acupuncture, they will cover some or all of the consultation fees.   Please note: For all new clients we have “a non-refundable reservation fee.”

Generally we ask our new clients to return in 30 days for their follow-up visit.  Subsequent visits are to reassess and recommend a protocol to maintain your health.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.  Late cancellations will be billed. Missed appointments without any notification will be billed in full. We understand that emergencies occur and are willing to make exceptions for true emergencies. We do require a credit card; if one is not on file, in order to reserve your appointment.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Insurance: Health insurance plans do not cover naturopathic care in Texas. We do not file insurance and do not deal directly with insurance companies. Payment is required for all services at the time of your visit.  We accept MC/Visa/Discover/American Express, cash or checks.

Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs): These special savings accounts can often be used to cover our services and specific nutritional supplements.  Please check with your plan administrator regarding your coverage.  We will be happy to provide you with the necessary documentation to assist with your use of these plans.  Payment is expected at time of service and you may be able to file for reimbursement, but check with your plan administrator.

SHIPPING

We offer shipping in addition to sale and ship via USPS flat-rate priority shipping for all physical products offered in our clinic.  Our goal is to ship the day you order as long as products are in stock and order is placed before 4:45 PM (post office closes at 5PM).

RETURN POLICY

Only unopened products can be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase.

Original receipt must be present and there is a  restocking fee applied.
