Roasted Garbanzos

1 can garbanzo beans rinsed, drained and thoroughly dried

1 tbsp olive oil, plus enough to grease the baking sheet

1/2 tsp kosher or sea salt

Preheat the oven to 400° F.

Place the garbanzos on a well-oiled baking sheet with sides. Drizzle with the 1 tbsp olive oil and toss so the beans are evenly coated with oil.

Sprinkle salt over the beans.

Roast at 400° F for 15 minutes. Reduce the oven temperature to 350° F. Stir the beans and roast, stirring every 10 minutes until crunchy, usually about 20 to 30 minutes.

Other spices can be used such as cumin, cayenne pepper or garlic depending on your taste. Be creative and enjoy!
