Delta responds

Well, I told you the story of the flights from you know where…..   Both Pat and I wrote to Delta and told them how rough their flights and treatments were.  We responded to their website (Comments and Complaints).

 

Truthfully, we did not expect any response other than the automated reply.  However we did each receive a response.  Delta apologized profusely, and then offered us $125.00 to repeat the pleasure of the abuse of their airline.

 

Delta, Thank you, but no thanks.   I would have hoped that you would have been really sincere, and recompensed us for our horrific flights.   Maybe even have given us first class treatment in the future to prove that you really know what you are doing.  As it stands, Delta will not be on the short list for my future business travels.
