Definition of Middle Age…..

I finally understand the term ‘middle-aged’.     I was in the grocery store this morning, and as I was traversing the aisles, I came to this understanding.  I have always wondered what the ‘middle’ was.  If you don’t know the length of your life, how can you know when you are middle-aged?

My epiphany came as I wandered down the aisle.  I have reached the age where I no longer need the baby products or the feminine products aisles.   I am thankful to say that I am not in need of the senior aisle either.  No Rx, no hearing products, no depends… Life is good.
