
Basic recipe: all ingredients should be non-processed, organic, non-GMO, no sugar added, no artificial sweeteners
8 ounces water, cran-water or unsweetened organic coconut milk or almond milk
one scoop protein powder (whey, pea or bone broth protein)
Optional additions: ice cubes, 1 Tbsp flax or avocado oil, unsweetened organic yogurt, 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1 Tbsp ground flax seeds, chia seeds or hemp seeds
Using frozen fruit will result in a colder, thicker smoothie
Blend until smooth

Blueberry Mint-1 cup blueberries and 3-4 fresh mint leaves and vanilla protein powder
Black Forest-10 large cherries and chocolate protein powder
Mint Chocolate-4-5 mint leaves and chocolate protein powder
Cherry Limeade-10 large cherries and 1/4 lime and vanilla protein powder
Ginger/Green Apple-1 green apple, 1/2″ fresh ginger (can also add a handful of kale) and vanilla protein powder
Blueberry Pear-1/2 pear and 1/2 cup blueberries
Peach Melba-1/2 cup peaches and 1/4 cup raspberries and vanilla protein powder
Elvis-1/2 banana, 1 Tbsp organic, no sugar added peanut butter and chocolate protein powder
Pina Colada-1 cup coconut milk, 3/4 cup pineapple chunks, 1 Tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes and vanilla protein powder
Pumpkin Pie-1/2 cup organic pumpkin puree, 1/2 cup cooked butternut squash, 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract, vanilla protein powder
