3. Move your body—wisely
Gentle, consistent movement supports circulation and cellular health. Overexertion, however, can increase oxidative stress, so balance is key.
4. Get daily sunlight
Spending 20–40 minutes in natural light helps regulate circadian rhythms, which directly supports mitochondrial function.
5. Be intentional with nutrition
An anti-inflammatory approach to eating—rich in healthy fats, quality proteins, and lower in refined carbohydrates—can create a supportive environment for healing.
6. Choose clean omega-3s
Omega-3 fatty acids are powerful allies against inflammation. Quality matters—clean sources support healing, while contaminated ones can add to the burden.
7. Cultivate a hopeful mindset
Chronic pain can take a toll emotionally, but mindset is more than just perspective. Research shows that a positive outlook can help reduce inflammation and oxidative stress in the body.
